EMUFT Workshops EMUFT offers its member internal workshops on a number of subjects relevant to their profession. For specific dates, keep an eye out in your email or check the calendar.
Full-Time Lecturers (FTLs) are subject to Initial Initialand Periodic Evaluations, but FTLs can also go through Promotion Evaluations in order to apply for promotion or for the Lecturer III Salary Adjustment. This workshop discusses the timeline as well as the portfolio elements FTLs need to develop for promotional purposes. Further details on FLT Promotions can be found here.
There are two basic types of evaluation: Initial Evaluations, which are conducted in the second semester of employment and Periodic Evaluations, which are conducted every three years or in every fourth semester, whichever comes later. This workshop discusses the details for both types as well as deadlines and materials needed to be submitted. For additional information on PTL Evaluation, check here.
