For Part Time Lectures contract, several improvements were made during the last set of negotiations:
- Current base rate is now $1,245 per credit hour.
- New appointment language
- Streamlined promotions and evaluations
- Tuition reimbursement:
- 100% -6 credit hours (graduate or undergraduate) tuition for the employee.
- 50% - 6 credit hours undergraduate tuition for spouses and/or dependent of the employee

- Raised minimus for Lecturer 1, 2, and 3.
- Yearly increases at 1.75%, 2%, and 2.25% respectively
- Stronger substitution pay language.
- $2,000 Lecturer III salary increase (Possible every 8 years).
- Establishment of a committee to work out equivalency language that includes release time for members of that committee.
