Years at EMU: I took my first class as a student in 1992.  I’ve been a lecturer since 2008 (13 years).

Why Did You Become An Educator? So many students believe that they can’t do Math. I enjoy them overcome their fear of it.

Favorite Class You Teach @ EMU: Trigonometry – All of the diagrams and applied problems are so much fun for a geek like me!

What Is Something You Enjoy About EMU? The people.  Both my colleagues and the students. I love being in an atmosphere of learning.

What Do You Do Outside of EMU?
Since the pandemic, I enjoy mostly solitary hobbies like reading, gardening, cooking, listening to music and taking care of my parents.

My varied musical interests include heavy metal and EDM (electronic dance music).
