Years at EMU: 3 years Why Did You Become An Educator? I became an educator because I have a passion for the scholarship of teaching and learning. I’m passionate about helping student develop decision-making and critical thinking skills and enhancing their learning and learning experiences. Favorite Class You Teach @ EMU: Introduction to University Studies (UNIV) What Is Something You Enjoy About EMU? It is a very gratifying and nostalgic experience working at my alma matter and watching the current generation of students develop into leaders. I like our diverse, welcoming atmosphere and campus culture. I also like that EMU offers resources and opportunities for professional development and advancement for faculty and staff.
